Mission: to transform the company premises into a festive playground for the annual employees' evening.

For their annual evening, the teams of Synergy wanted to transform their offices into a real festive playground. Our mission: to design an immersive experience by making the most of the space to offer a variety of atmospheres and activities throughout the evening. Thanks to carefully designed scenography and comprehensive technical management, we transformed their premises into a vibrant and welcoming space, offering each employee an unforgettable evening.

An organization designed for total immersion
Our team has designed a smooth event journey by distributing the activities in different rooms, each dedicated to a specific highlight:

🎤 A “Karaoke Room” for total relaxation
Supervised by a professional facilitator, this dedicated room allowed employees to lend yourself to the karaoke game in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. A great way to break the ice and share fun moments with colleagues.

📸 A Photobooth space to immortalize the evening
We installed an interactive photo booth where everyone could take your photo in small groups and leave with a souvenir in the colors of their company. A fun and unifying theme that appealed to all participants.

🎶 A dancefloor with DJ set and festive lighting
It's hard to imagine a dance floor in an office... and yet, we did it! Thanks to dynamic lighting and a Generalist DJ selected from our network of professionals, We created an electrifying atmosphere that made guests forget they were at their workplace.

🎙 Smooth management of speaking engagements
The evening began with an official time with speeches from the leaders, perfectly sound system and integrated into the event. A smooth transition to the rest of the festivities.
Thanks to our expertise in sound and light technical management, we ensured a seamless and immersive experience from start to finish. A successful challenge: offer Synergie a festive and memorable evening, directly in their premises!
