Mission: to support our client Habitat 44 in the technical implementation of its plenary session.

To support Habitat 44 in the organization of its plenary session, we implemented a comprehensive technical system combining sound, lighting, and video. The Orangerie at Domaine de la Gressière was transformed into a modern and immersive conference space, providing optimal conditions for remote discussions and presentations.

Technical direction of the plenary session
Our team handled the overall technical management of the plenary session, ensuring perfect synchronization between the various audiovisual elements. Thanks to efficient control and precise coordination, every speech, every broadcast of content, and every remote intervention (live stream) went off without a hitch.

Creation of a 12m² stage
To provide optimal visibility for the speakers, we designed and installed a stage tailored to the room's dimensions and the event's needs. Functional and elegant, thanks to its black carpet, it structured the space and ensured maximum comfort for both speakers and the audience.

Lighting and plant decoration
Visual ambiance is essential to creating an engaging setting. We designed careful lighting, highlighting the stage and speakers, while harmonizing the space with natural and refined plant decorations. This aesthetic touch reinforced the identity and atmosphere of the event.

Sound system and speech management
Quality sound is essential to ensure clear and fluid communication. We implemented a high-performance audio system, ensuring excellent speech intelligibility and optimal microphone management for the various speakers. All speakers were equipped with wireless microphones.

Broadcasting video content
Visual aids play a key role in the dynamics of a plenary session. We ensured the video content was broadcast on screen, ensuring perfect image quality and synchronization to capture the audience's attention and enhance the presentations.

Live video broadcast of a remote speaker
One of the technical challenges of this event was integrating videoconference presentations into the plenary session. Thanks to our live streaming expertise, we ensured a smooth, latency-free broadcast of remote speeches, allowing external speakers to speak as if they were on stage while still seeing the audience in the room.

Video recording of the entire plenary session
To preserve a record of the event and allow for later replay, we recorded all the presentations in high quality. This is a key service for capitalizing on the content and extending the impact of the plenary session.

Production of an aftermovie of the event day
To immortalize the day's highlights, we produced a dynamic and captivating aftermovie. A fast-paced montage highlighting the discussions, atmosphere, and highlights created a memorable souvenir and an effective communication tool for our client.
