Our mission: to create a friendly evening from the outdoor cocktail to the festive evening in the restaurant of the Éco-Domaine de la Fontaine.

Entertainment and conviviality were at the heart of this event, where every detail was designed to offer guests an immersive and festive experience. Through a carefully crafted staging created in collaboration with Éco-Domaine de la Fontaine (in charge of the catering and bar), we were able to set up fun activities (wooden games, an inflatable structure to challenge colleagues, a magician who came to meet small groups of employees) and a warm, bright atmosphere. In an ideal setting, we were able to create an evening dedicated to sharing and entertainment.

Setting up a photobooth
A photo booth is a must-have for capturing memorable memories. We installed a sleek and intuitive photo booth equipped with professional lighting to offer guests a fun and high-quality experience. Each photo is instantly printed or shared digitally, enhancing the engagement and emotion of the event.
A personalized creation is always offered to our clients to put the photos in the colors of their brand.

Booking a general DJ
Music plays a key role in the success of an event. We hired a generalist DJ from our catalog of professional partners, capable of adapting to the audience's mood and desires. Varied playlists, a dynamic lineup, and natural interaction with guests ensured a unifying and festive dance party.

Highlighting the different spaces
Lighting is an essential element in enhancing an event. We designed a custom lighting design, highlighting each space with a clever blend of colors and dynamic effects. Our expertise allows us to create an elegant and immersive atmosphere, perfectly in keeping with the spirit of the evening.
