Mission: Manage the technical aspects of a coworking space's anniversary.
To celebrate the anniversary of this coworking space, our mission was to transform a workplace into a truly festive and immersive space. Thanks to careful lighting and optimal sound, we accompanied the various highlights of the evening, from live concerts to DJ sets, providing a seamless and immersive experience for the 90 guests.
Sound and light technical management
Expert technical management is essential to ensure a smooth event. Our team handled the complete sound and lighting, ensuring perfect synchronization between the live performances, the guest speakers, and the overall atmosphere of the evening.
Sound system for a music group and a DJ set
A live pop/rock band and DJ set were the centerpiece of the evening. We set up a custom sound system, delivering precise and powerful sound for both instruments and vocals. Thanks to a balanced and dynamic mix, the artists were able to fully express their energy and thrill the guests.
Lighting the room
Lighting plays a key role in transforming a space. We designed flexible lighting to complement each phase of the event: a soft, welcoming glow for the early evening, followed by more rhythmic lighting effects to energize the dance floor and enhance the DJ set.
Thanks to our expertise and precise technical execution, we helped make this anniversary a memorable moment, where coworkers and partners were able to celebrate in a festive and immersive setting.
